DCS Congressional*
DCS Online Communications was founded by Gerry Kavanaugh after he served as Ted Kennedy's Chief of Staff and Senior Advisor to John Edwards during the 2003-2004 presidential primary. Since then, DCS clients have included dozens of Democratic congressional and political campaigns, labor unions, and non-profit and governmental organizations. As a partisan service, DCS is committed to giving the Democrats a "solid Internet foundation and strategy" and work with clients who are "forward thinking and want to reach out to a new forum and see the Internet and email as the future of communication, a place where 75 million people get news and information about politics." Email in particular plays a major role in DCS's campaign strategizing.
